Edmonton Public School Board - Five K-9 Schools Package

Edmonton Public Schools selected Architecture Tkalcic Bengert to design five new build K-9 schools in various sites across the City. Alyssa worked closely with senior architects to develop the plans and and architectural expression of the projects following guidlines and standards from Alberta Infrastructure. Alyssa was responsible for generating the graphics and participating in presentations to the client. Each project simultaneously entered the development permit phase where Alyssa was responsible for coordinating with the City of Edmonton to ensure each propose school met the permitting requirements, honing her site planning and coordination skills. All of the schools are currently operational serving approximately 4500 students across the City of Edmonton.
